Well Seasoned Women was written for women to use as a tool.  It provides an opportunity to take a personal inventory of the various aspects of a woman's life.  There are exercises and activities that can be helpful for making changes regarding life choices.  Each lesson is designed to improve the following skills:

1.  Taking inventory of personal health.      (body, mind, and spirit)

2.  Stress management.

3.  Setting goals and priorities.

4.  Developing communication skills.

5.  Raising self-esteem.

6.  Discovering unique talents, skills,      and interests.
